Conformity assessment bodies interested should submit their application for:
accompanied by the required documentation. Forms F08.01 and F08.02, should be submitted where applicable. Relevant Fees for laboratories, inspection bodies and certification bodies are specified by regulation (Κ.Δ.Π. 156/2011)

The accreditation criteria and the accreditation marks are defined with the notifications in the Cyprus Government Gazette.
The applicants should be aware of the provisions of the Regulation for Accreditation of the Accreditation System with which they should comply after accreditation is granted.
