| According to the legislation, the Board of Governors of CYS has the overall responsibility of the Organization also acting as the Accreditation Board. In order to ensure flexibility and efficiency, the Board of Governors has allocated its responsibility as Accreditation Board to the Review Committee. The latter consists of Lead Assessors and Assesors of CYS-CYSAB with the exemption of the Lead Assessors and Assesors being involved in each particular case. The function of the Review Committee is described in procedure OP 05.
